The existing Customers under Plan-A and Plan-B can migrate to any other Plans given above except to these two Plans. Free local talk time includes all O/G calls to MTNL Mumbai network only. Plan A & B are not available to customers joining services after 17.01.2005 # MTNL Delhi network calls will be charged as per the local calls in the respective plan except for One india plan and One india roaming freedom plan . *Lifetime plan valid upto October 2017. However, validity beyond this date will be extended subject to the renewal of license..

2.MTNL launches Unlimited SMS Plan for Dolphin customers w.e.f. 20.10.2006.
The features are given below :

1. The customer can send Unlimited SMS from Dolphin to Dolphin/ Trump (in Home N/W)
    & new Garuda - CDMA 1 x N/W
2. Rent Rs.30/- per month or part thereof.
3. Month will be Calendar month. The rental Rs.30/- will be charged on subscription of this product,
    irrespective of the day of the month on which the request is made.

The Dolphin customers of any Plan can subscribe to this Unlimited SMS Product by -
1. Sending SMS30 from their mobile number to '555'
2. Requesting on Dolphin Helpline 9869012345 / '1503'

Night Talk for Plans A,B,Economy(E),Budget200(G)& Budget100(F)	Monthly Rental - Rs 49/- per Month. O/G Local Calls Made Between 10P.M To 9 A.M - Cell To Cell/WLL/Fixed (Local) - Rs 0.60 per min.
SMS Night Plan (For all Plans)	Monthly Rental - Rs 25/- per Month. SMS (Local) to any cell between 10PM To 10AM - Rs 0.10 per message.
Friends &Family Plan (max 9 No's of Dolphin/Trump)	Monthly add on Rental - Rs 25/- per Month per Number. O/G Local Call Charges -Rs-0.10 per min. to that number with in home network
Roaming Rentals	RENT FREE for National access (FROM 15/02/07). Rs. 90/- per month for International access.
Roaming Charges	No Roaming airtime charges while roaming in BSNL/MTNL Network(only PSTN component chargeable). For International access : As per international operator rates.( Plus Rs. 5/- per min.)
Loyal Dolphin Customers	Existing Dolphin Customers will now get an additional Free Connection (activation Charges waived off).
Call forward/divert, call hold and Call Waiting	Provided Free to all by default. However airtime charges on usage applies.
